E-T-A has reconfigured its distribution network to utilize regional distributors that closely match our business philosophy. Our distributors are strategic business partners rather than just distribution brokers.

Customers today need a distributor that can understand their business to provide tangible technology solutions that will allow them to build a better product that is safer and provides greater value.

We have set up a Certified Distributor Program to ensure our distributors are an extension of E-T-A and have the ability to understand the circuit protection business. Our 48 page Distributor Handbook provides the requirements to become certified.

The E-T-A Certification Program has 3 levels of training with a test and certificate awarded after completing each level.
Level 1 — Basics of Circuit Protection
Level 2 — Circuit Breaker Application Knowledge
Level 3 — In-Depth Industry Specific Training
Each certified distributor must have at least one FAE on staff.
Knowledge is the key to success and smarter feet on the street will benefit E-T-A, the distributor and most importantly the customer, especially at the design stage.
